Welcome to Harrisburg! We hope this handbook will be useful to you; we suggest keeping it handy.  A similar printed handbook is provided to members of the Harrisburg West-End Neighborhood Association.

 

The first printed publication was dedicated to Melvin Parkman, Albert Washington and Carl Drennen and the many other special people that have gone before us. The first edition was published Feb. 2005, we hope to publish a new version each year.
